On Wednesday morning, October 17, in the Kerch Polytechnic College, a third-year student Vladislav Roslyakov, armed with improvised explosive devices and a hunting rifle, organized a massacre of the students. According to the latest data, 21 people died, more than 50 people were injured. SC qualified his actions as a massacre, is under investigation. Across the Crimea, declared a three-day mourning.

In Kerch itself, the identification of the victims of the tragedy continues. About two hundred people gathered at the gate of the morgue. People are allowed in small groups, only relatives. The blonde girl in a beige sweater had to go there alone. She walked into the building timidly, one of the police even patted her on the shoulder to cheer her up. Back from the gate a young girl almost flew out, holding her mouth with her hand, so as not to burst into tears in a full voice. She turned away from the cameramen's camera lanterns, only from her quivering shoulders it was obvious that she was crying.

Nearby they say: “Now I will call the doctor, they have a patient there, with a bad heart”. Right in the ambulance they take off the cardiogram of another woman. In the crowd, they whisper that she clutched at her heart when she identified her 16-year-old daughter.

“Psychologists and psychiatrists came from Simferopol and Feodosia,” said volunteer Tatyana Romanenko. - Locals from the explosion in their cars transported the wounded to hospitals. Medical students came to the rescue. People stopped passing cars - the ambulance simply could not cope. ”

Tatiana used to work as a school psychologist. She is now engaged in private practice, arrived at the site of the explosion at the request of her former colleagues.

“During the conversation, a psychologist can recognize that a person is in a borderline state and needs help,” explains Romanova. - If you believe the children, he (Roslyakov. - RT ) just walked along the corridor and fired like a zombie. Personally, my opinion is that someone could influence him. She worked with the guys who came under the influence of dangerous groups in social networks. According to the descriptions is very similar. "

According to Romanenko, at the time of arrival of the special services to the college throughout Kerch began to close schools and kindergartens. Children were handed over only to their parents, dog handlers came to educational institutions with dogs.

It all happened suddenly

When explosions were heard in the college building and shooting began, 31-year-old Anatoly Chuyko was still at home - he was going to practice.

“The windows were raised not only in the technical school, but also in the houses of the neighboring ones. I live in a block from there. I went, what was, - the man throws up his hands, on his tracksuit and sneakers. - After such a stay at home is impossible. I did not want to stay alone. Everyone threw their affairs - work, study. "

There are no students and teachers among Anatoly's relatives and friends, but he still went to the college, where residents of the city had already begun to gather - to find out if the help of mutual acquaintances was needed.

According to Kerchanin, the air ambulance took part of the wounded to hospitals in Krasnodar, Temryuk and Simferopol. All the latest news about them, he read on the Internet, in parallel calling up with his relatives.

“At first everyone believed that gas exploded. I arrived, and with me four boys out of the door endure. Young at all. Dead, ”he recalls.

"How can you stay away?"

The next morning, the building of the Polytechnic College was cordoned off by the police, Voykova Street was partially blocked. On the territory of the school there are ambulance cars, Emergencies Ministry, the police and the Investigative Committee. On the other side of the road, literally 50 meters from the college, behind the Voikov monument, an improvised memorial to the victims of the slaughterhouse spontaneously grows. A rectangular black canvas is stretched on the racks, and under it are hundreds of flowers, children's toys and black and white photographs of the dead. On the pavement near the memorial there are lighted candles in colored lamps.

The mourning event began early in the morning. There are hundreds of people who want to lay flowers, the stream is almost endless - they come in families, with children and babies, old people and young people. Who is on foot, and who is on a taxi or his car comes from the other side of the city. The main part of the people comes from Kazakov Street, where the nearest flower shop is located.

“How can you stay away? - says Oleg. He came here with a child and a wife. “Yesterday I heard about the incident, I immediately took the child from the kindergarten.”

A small group of students is trying to pereuchivatsya, in order to somehow defuse the situation, but they do not succeed - the atmosphere is oppressive. Despite the good weather, the clear sky and the brightly shining sun, it is possible to understand that there was a disaster in the city, and it is possible without looking at the news: Kerch is very quiet, and if they say, it is only about the tragedy.

Rumors and conjectures are mainly discussed: that the killer was not alone, that the police station was not far from college, that compensation would not help victims survive the horror of the tragedy, that it was not so easy to sell weapons, where Roslyakov earned money and from where he got money for weapons.

Residents of the city are not ready to accept the fact that the fault of one teenager could have affected so many people.

Meanwhile, many schools, including the one in which Roslyakov studied, worked normally the next day. But the majority of citizens today did not take their children to study. Recreational activities canceled during the three-day mourning. Cinema and children's centers are empty, the flags of state institutions are lowered.

Tears of the mother and swearing father

Vladislav Roslyakov’s father lives in house 14 on Nekrasov Street. This is an old five-story building with a quiet courtyard. Today, there is practically no one in the building, except for a few grandmothers on benches sitting in the shade of flowerbeds broken at the entrance. Roslyakov family of women know.

“They divorced a long time, Galya and Igor, about eight years ago,” said Olga Semyonovna, a resident of the house. - Igor used to be normal, and then he got injured and started drinking a lot. He was constantly beating his wife and son; she ran away from him. Now he lives here alone, and in the next apartment his mother and father, Galina and Valery, are already under 80 for both of them. ”

Another woman, Rosa Sergeevna, said that Roslyakova Jr. had seen not so long ago.

“I saw him recently. He walked foolishly behind his father, he directly stalked the dandy, drunk, as usual, says Rosa. - The boy has seen since childhood? Tears of the mother and drunken brawlers father. His father, Igor, had already brought his own mother to this, that she told me, in an ardent way, “It would be better if he died at all.”

Women have rarely seen Vladislav Roslyakov here - he sometimes came to visit his grandmother with his grandfather or went to his father. They remember him vaguely, but they can’t say anything bad.

“I don’t understand where did he get money for ammunition and weapons? There the family is poor, the mother received a penny as a nurse, well 15 thousand, the father did not help them. For an apartment of eight thousand to give, what was left there, then? Poor girl, I feel so sorry for her. And the victims feel sorry. I cried all night, ”says Olga Semenova.

No one opens the door to Roslyakov’s apartment. However, at the entrance they met their neighbor Taisia.

“I haven’t seen Vlad for a long time, probably for a year,” says the woman. - Quiet was calm. His father, on the contrary, is wild. Not so long ago, the police were called when he wanted to plant the door to the entrance to his mother. ”

The school where Vladislav Roslyakov went to is located very close, but there were lessons all day in it as usual. In addition to her, Roslyakov often went to the local library on Victory Street during his school years.

“I remember he came three years ago,” says Victoria, a librarian. - Sat in social networks. I saw his photo on TV, was shocked. The quiet guy was. Now they are talking about him, that over the past year he has changed a lot. ”

One of Vladislav Roslyakov’s acquaintances, a 15-year-old student at a school where the shooter studied, told RT that they allegedly scoffed at the young man in college.

“Vladislav constantly told me that he often quarreled with others. He said that he had lost confidence in people when his classmates began to humiliate him for not being like everyone else, ”said the girl.

Roslyakov told her that because of this "he does not want to live" and wants to avenge these mockery. According to her, after they stopped communicating, he “added her to the black list”.

“When we talked to him, everything was fine. He was kind and sympathetic, he helped me when it was bad, ”the girl said. “I feel sorry for the people he shot and I am very sorry that he committed suicide.”
